Prior to submitting the form, please note:
- All invoices are sent by email within 24 hours of the auction ending. If you were a successful bidder and you do not see your invoice email, you must check your spam / junk folder as the invoice emails often end up in junk / spam.
- We do not auto-bill credit cards stored with online bidding platforms. You must initiate payment by way of the instructions provided in the body of the invoice email.
- Shipping is within 14 business days of your invoice being paid in full. Unless 14 days has elapsed since payment in full, please do not contact us regarding status of shipping. We communicate shipping terms / information in the auction terms of sale, auction invoice email, and the paid invoice receipt email.
